Keeping it up to date

Four ways to change your website. Use whichever suits you.

Message us on WhatsApp, email us, ask your own AI assistant, or do it yourself in the editor. You can mix them. Whichever you use, a page can be put back to how it was.

Four ways to change your website.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp

    What it is.
You send us a message saying what to change, in your own words. A photo or a screenshot is fine. We make the change for you.
    What you need.
WhatsApp on your phone. Message us from the number you gave us, because we only act on requests from that number.
    What happens next.
We make the change and message you when it is done. Three small changes a month are included in your plan.
    Who it suits.
Owners who would rather not touch the website, and who already live in WhatsApp.
  2. Email us

    What it is.
The same as WhatsApp, by email. Write what you want changed and attach any photos. We make the change for you.
    What you need.
The email address you gave us. We only act on requests from that address.
    What happens next.
We make the change and email you when it is done. It counts as one of your three small changes a month.
    Who it suits.
Owners who prefer email, or who like a written record of what they asked for.
  3. Your own AI assistant

    What it is.
You ask an AI assistant you already use, in plain words, such as "Change Saturday opening to 9 until 1." We are testing the Claude and ChatGPT apps with real sites, and we will list the ones that work here.
    What you need.
An AI assistant that can connect to your site. Some only allow this on a paid plan. We show you how to connect it.
    What happens next.
The assistant prepares the change. You see it before it goes live. If you don't like it, the page goes back to how it was.
    Who it suits.
Owners who already use an AI assistant and like to move fast.
  4. The editor

    What it is.
A plain editor on your own site. Open a page, change the words and pictures, and publish it when you are happy.
    What you need.
A sign-in to your site. We set it up for you when your site is ready.
    What happens next.
Your change shows on your site once you publish it. If you don't like it, the page goes back to an earlier version.
    Who it suits.
Owners who like to do things themselves.

What asking your AI assistant looks like.

Here are four changes, in the words an owner might use. The business is invented. The little pictures show what each change looks like on the website.

Change Saturday opening to 9 until 1.

Add a new service: boiler servicing, from 85 pounds.

Change our phone number to 0117 496 0123.

Swap the van photo for the one I just sent you.

You stay in charge.

Whichever way you choose, you can put a page back.

If you don't like a change

The page goes back to how it was. Each page keeps its earlier versions. If you ask your own AI assistant, you also see the change before it goes live.

See how it feels on your own site.

We build you a draft. You see it before you pay.
