How it works

You know the business. We make the website work for it.

Four stages at a glance, then seven steps in detail. You see your site before you pay.

  1. Illustration of a draft business website on a laptop.

    See a draft.

We build it from what you tell us, with your name and services on it. You pay nothing to see it.

  2. Illustration of a website draft approved with a tick on a clipboard.

    Approve it.

Happy? Say so, and pay the £295 setup. Not happy? You owe us nothing.

  3. Illustration of a published website on a laptop and phone.

    It goes live.

We host it and keep it running. Your £79 a month starts.

  4. Illustration of a chat message changing a highlighted website row.

    Message us a change.

New hours, a new price, a new photo. Send a message and we make it.

Seven steps in detail

The four pictures above show the main stages. Here is what happens within them, from your first message to keeping your site current.

  1. Tell us about your business. What you do, where, and what you want more of.
  2. See a draft of your site. With your name and services on it. Before you pay anything.
  3. Agree it in writing. The pages, the price, and what we need from you.
  4. We build it. With your real facts and photos. You check every claim before it goes live.
  5. Approve it, and it goes live. You pay the £295 setup when you approve the draft. We host it and keep it running, and your £79 a month starts.
  6. Learn how it works. We are building short lessons for owners (the School) so you know how to run your site and how customers find you.
  7. Keep it up to date. Message us, ask your own AI, or change it yourself.
Start it in the Studio if you like Your design comes with your message.

Moving from an old site

Before a move we list your important pages and the ways customers contact you now. We tell you what we can move and what we can't.

What happens to my old site?

Your old site stays where it is while we build the new one. Nothing changes for your customers until you have seen your draft and said go.
