Privacy notice
How Collab365 Limited, trading as Nimparo, uses the details you send us, and what you can ask us to do with them.
Who we are
Collab365 Limited, trading as Nimparo, is responsible for your personal data. In this notice "we", "us" and "our" mean Collab365 Limited.
- Company number 13486916, registered in England and Wales.
- Registered office: Telford Business Centre, Badhan Court, Castle Street, Hadley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 5QX.
- Email: hello@collab365.com
This notice covers nimparo.com, studio.nimparo.com, and what we do when you contact us or become a Nimparo customer. Collab365's own websites and Collab365 Spaces have their own privacy statement, which you can read at collab365.com/docs/privacy-policy.
What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry. The form asks for your name, business name and email. It also takes your phone number, your current website, your trade and a message if you choose to give them. If you made a design in the Studio and send it with your message, we receive that design too. We use this to reply to you, to show you a draft of your site and to keep a record of what was said. Our lawful grounds are legitimate interests (answering what you asked) and taking steps at your request before a contract.
When you email, phone or message us. We keep a record of what you tell us so we can do the job and show what was agreed. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp is run by Meta and handles your number and message under its own notice.
Spam protection. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Cloudflare may receive your IP address and browser details to do this.
Visiting this website. Our host, Cloudflare, handles technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you ask for, so that the site loads and is protected. We do not use advertising cookies. At the date below, nimparo.com and the Studio set no cookies unless you sign in as a site owner, and they use no analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will say so here first and ask you where the law requires it.
The Studio. The Studio at studio.nimparo.com lets you try looks on a sample business. It needs no sign-up and says that nothing is saved unless you share it. You may type a business name or phone number to see how it looks. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send your design with an enquiry.
When you become a customer. We keep what we need to build and look after your site, issue invoices, take payment and meet our legal duties: your business details, the facts and photos you send us, your messages and your billing details. Stripe takes card payments. We do not keep your full card number. For the visitors to your own Nimparo site, you decide why their data is used and we handle it for you, under a separate data processing agreement.
When we write to your business. We may write to local businesses by post about Nimparo, using business details that are already public. If you ask us to stop, we stop. If we build a private draft of a site from information that is already public, we show it only to you, and we delete it after 30 days if you do not take it up.
AI tools. We use AI tools to help draft pages, replies and changes you ask for. What you send us for a job may pass through those tools. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects using automated tools alone. Email us if you want to know which suppliers we use at the moment.
The School. The Nimparo School is being built on Collab365 Spaces. When it opens and you join, you will create a Collab365 account, and Collab365's privacy statement and terms will apply there. Collab365 Limited is responsible for that data too.
Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you asked for them, or if you have asked about or bought from us and the offer is similar, or if you are a limited company, as the law allows. Every email tells you how to opt out. You can also email hello@collab365.com at any time. We never share your data with anyone else for their own marketing without your clear consent.
Who we share it with
- Our service providers, who help us run the website and the service: hosting and email delivery (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), the School platform (Collab365 Spaces), and software and AI tools.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A buyer, if we sell or merge part of our business.
Some of these act for us and must protect your data. Others, such as Stripe and Meta, are responsible for their own use, and their notices apply too. We do not sell your personal data. This notice does not list every supplier.
Moving data outside the UK
Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, and some suppliers process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that happens, the law requires a proper safeguard, such as the UK's approved transfer terms. We do not promise that your data stays in one country. Email us if you need more detail for a privacy review.
Keeping data safe
We use technical and organisational measures meant to reduce the risk of loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to the people and suppliers who need it. If a data breach happens, we assess it and tell you and the regulator where the law says we must.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the reasons we collected it, including legal, accounting and reporting duties. The law requires us to keep basic customer and payment records for six years after someone stops being a customer. An enquiry that goes nowhere is not kept longer than we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, give you a copy to move elsewhere, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, email hello@collab365.com. We usually reply within one month. We may ask you to prove who you are first. There is no fee unless your request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Nimparo is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, including the Studio, social media and review sites. We do not control them. Please read their notices.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the date at the bottom. If a change matters, we will say so on this site.
