These are the terms for using this website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What this website is

This website tells you about Nimparo, lets you send us an enquiry, and lets you try website designs in the Studio. It is information. It is not an offer that you can accept to make a contract.

If you become a customer, our service is sold under a separate written agreement. We send it to you before you pay anything, and it says what you get, what it costs and how you can leave. If this website and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins. Prices on this website include VAT.

Where this website says we are building something, it is not available yet, and we do not promise when it will be.

3. Examples and the Studio

The example sites on this website show invented businesses, and the photos are generated. They are demonstrations. They are not results from real customers.

In the Studio you can try looks on a sample business and send your design to us with an enquiry. You can use your own design for your own enquiry. The Studio, the examples and the templates behind them belong to us.

4. No promise of results

Nothing on this website promises you rankings on Google, mentions by an AI assistant, enquiries or sales. They depend on much more than a website, including your reviews, your listings and how you answer the phone.

5. Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. You must not try to break it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or send us anything that is unlawful, abusive or misleading. Please use the enquiry form for real enquiries, and only send personal data about other people if you have the right to.

6. Our content

The words, pictures, designs, templates and code on this website are owned by Collab365 Limited or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read and print pages while you think about using Nimparo. You may not copy our pages, templates or designs to build a competing product or service, or sell them on.

7. Information on this website

We try to keep this website correct and up to date, but it may contain mistakes, and it is provided as it is. It is general information about our service. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

8. Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, including the Studio, social media and review sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using or relying on this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of data.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice says how we use your personal data. At the date below, this website sets no cookies unless you sign in as a site owner. If that changes, we will say so in the privacy notice.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We will change the date at the bottom when we do. If you keep using this website after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms, and any dispute about using this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with them. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
